Thank you for your interest in the Game Changers Mentorship Program.  The application window for the third cohort is open through January 31, 2025.

 Mentor applicants will receive confirmation of their acceptance into the program by February 5, 2025. Leaders with mentorship and/or leadership experience holding a Director-level position or higher are welcome to apply to be mentors.

Successful mentee applicants will receive confirmation of their acceptance into cohort 3 by February 7, 2025. There are no formal requirements to be a mentee, but mentees should have a minimum of six months tenure at Fanatics and hold a Director-level position or below. We encourage highly engaged team members who want to grow and develop to apply. 

Next Steps:
February 7th:  Notifications sent to waitlisted Mentee applicants.  
February TBA: Mentors and Mentees need to attend one mandatory mentorship briefing/training session prior to being matched. 
March 20 - March 31: Mentor and Mentee matching process. 
April: Mentorship partnerships begin and will last for six months. 
We will be opening the application window for Cohort 4 in the Fall of 2025.
