Thank you for your interest in the Game Changers Mentorship Program.  Mentors can still join Cohort 4 of the program through February 20th.  Leaders with mentorship and/or leadership experience holding a Director-level position or higher are welcome to apply to be mentors.

The application window for mentees is open through February 13, 2026. There are no formal requirements to be a mentee, but mentees should have a minimum of six months tenure at Fanatics and hold a Director-level position or below. We encourage highly engaged team members who want to grow and develop to apply.
