Information for Mentees

Program Requirements & Expectations
- Who is eligible to apply for the program? Director level and below, full-time salaried & hourly Fanatics corporate employees with a minimum of six months tenure at Fanatics. We plan to expand the program to our Operations teams in the future.
- How long does the mentorship program last? Each Mentorship Partnership will be six months in duration.
- How will the program address potential conflicts of interest? Mentees will not be matched with mentors from the same team and/or reporting lines to avoid conflicts of interest and cross-pollinating mentorship time with work-related conversations.
Responsibilities
- Attend one mentorship partnership preparation training session
- Commit to goal setting preparation work
- Initiate scheduling and attend six one-hour mentorship sessions
- Come prepared to each mentorship session
- Be an active participant
- Complete pulse surveys
