APPLICATIONS FOR COHORT 3 ARE OPEN THROUGH JANUARY 31, 2025.

The Fanatics Game Changers Mentorship Program will enable team members to learn from one another and expand their networks across the organization which are both central to maintaining our One Fanatics culture.  

This enterprise-wide HR marquee mentorship program supports our efforts to be a best-in-class global organization with a dynamic culture that attracts and retains the best talent, allows people to perform at their authentic best, and aligns with our mission of becoming the ultimate digital sports company.  

The application window for cohort 3 is open through January 31, 2025.  The process of pairing mentees with mentors will be completed by March 31st.  Mentorship partnership briefing sessions for program participants will be conducted in February.  Mentorship partnerships are scheduled to begin in April and will last for six months.

Please review the following information before applying:

All Applicants: Full-time salaried & hourly Fanatics corporate employees are eligible to apply to the program; we plan to expand to our Operations teams in the future. 
Mentees: There are no formal requirements to be a mentee, but mentees should have a minimum of six months tenure at Fanatics and hold a Director-level position or below. 
Mentors: Mentors should hold a Director-level position or higher and should have mentorship and/or leadership experience.

Your role as a mentor is to inspire, encourage, and support your mentee, contributing to their development through thoughtful conversation and consultation.
