Information for Mentors
APPLICATIONS FOR COHORT 3 ARE OPEN THROUGH JANUARY 31, 2025.
Program Requirements & Expectations
- What are the requirements to be a mentor? Leaders with mentorship and/or leadership experience holding a Director-level position or higher are welcome to apply to be mentors.
- Who is eligible to apply for the program? Full-time salaried & hourly Fanatics corporate employees. We plan to expand to our Operations teams in the future.
- How long does the mentorship program last? Each Mentorship Partnership will be six months in duration.
- How will the program address potential conflicts of interest? Mentees will not be matched with mentors from the same team and/or reporting lines to avoid conflicts of interest and cross-pollinating mentorship time with work-related conversations.
Responsibilities
- Be an active participant
- Attend one mentorship partnership preparation training session
- Maintain confidentiality
- Commit to attending six one-hour mentorship sessions
- Complete a Mentorship Program feedback survey
