Meet your Leadership Coach: Michelle Sutter, VP Culture & Organizational Development

Michelle is an ICF-Certified (International Coaching Federation) Executive Coach, specializing in Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance, a Herrmann International Certified Practitioner and a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach. With a current role as the Vice-President of Culture & Organizational Development at Fanatics Holdings Inc., Michelle is dedicated to cultivating thriving cultures and enhancing employee engagement for elevated performance. Michelle brings a wealth of experience as a seasoned commercial executive who successfully built and led a Global Sales Organization for a prominent cruise line. Additionally, she held the role of Chief of Staff, directly reporting to the President, where she spearheaded the culture transformation strategy for the corporation. Michelle is an accomplished keynote speaker and is fluent in English, Spanish, and French.

What is the program's purpose?

Support leaders in their journey to become more effective and impactful in their roles. By providing personalized coaching, strengths assessment, and competency-focused development, the Leadership Coaching Program will cultivate a stronger pipeline of impactful leaders.

Who can participate in the program?

Directors and above who want to enhance their leadership skills are invited to apply for the Leadership Coaching Program. Eligible participants must have been employed with Fanatics for a minimum of six months and will need a referral from their manager or HRBP to participate.
